What makes the result usable
  • Start with the actual production stack rather than a nominal thickness alone.
  • Treat flat coupons as screening pieces unless they represent the formed material state.
  • Upload both the 2D drawing and 3D model when tool access is hard to see.
  • Include joint coordinates, edge distance, throat depth and the cosmetic side.
  • Record loaded cycle time instead of the press stroke by itself.
  • Keep product-functional tests separate from joint-section checks.
  • Compare manual, fixture and integrated boundaries on the same work sequence.
  • Stop the selection when a material, access or acceptance gate lacks evidence.
