Quote Comparability Scorer

Two joining-equipment quotes are only comparable when both suppliers received the same package. Tick what you have already defined. The scorer tells you which gaps will make the quotes describe different things.

01 Joint and process

Part drawing or 3D model with joint locationsWithout joint locations, access cannot be checked and every quote guesses a different tool envelope. Material grade, coating, thickness stack, sheet orderA flat coupon of the same alloy is not the same evidence as the drawn, coated production part. Note: Weighting reflects how often a missing input changes the machine rather than the paperwork: joint definition, material stack, load case and access carry double weight because each one can move the quote to a different equipment family.
